Voltammetric quantification of the anesthetic drug propofol (2,6-diisopropylphenol) in the pharmaceutical formulations on a boron-doped diamond electrode

This work was aimed at the examination of interaction certain physicochemical properties on micellar systems constituting a polymer (sodium alginate), two surfactants (CTAB and tween 80), Algerian olive oil. Response surface modelling (RSM) applied to study combined effects containing each type surfactant. The monitoring four independent parameters, i.e., interfacial tension (Y1), conductivity (Y2), viscosity (Y3) turbidity (Y4) as responses for experimental design model, allowed determination performance established models. Based statistical analyzes, coefficients R2 Q2 tension, conductivity, are: 0.998 0.805; 0.982 0.742; 0.976 0.734, 0.985 0.723, respectively. obtained results indicate that these models showed good predictive power an optimal system composed CTAB, Tween 80, AlgNa, For CTAB/AlgNa CTAB/olive oil systems, values 33.85 34.39 mN m-1, respectively, maximum 4.126 4.064 mScm-1, were obtained. viscous compounds consisting AlgNa/Olive Oil AlgNa/Tween 202.5 196.6 mPa s, same those viscosity, 300 304 NTU,
